Ethylene Brassylate

Though most people are unaware, except maybe Australians, musk is a flavour that when done with a light touch can add a deep, exotic aroma to drinks and candies, like Musk Sticks or Musk flavoured Life-Savers. Ethylene brassylate has a sweet, musky, vanilla aroma that can enhance drinks and give them some musky depth. It can also be worked into punches, as a substitute for ambergris, to give an old world taste to punch or similar drinks.
